You may complete registration by submitting information via the form below. Alternatively, you may print and complete page 3 of the trip profile document and return it to us via Email or snail mail. In all cases, we commit to keeping your information confidential.
One form must be completed for each person participating in the excursion.
Each participant (or guardian) must sign a liability waiver, which will be provided separately.
Your excursion will be confirmed once registrations, liability waivers and deposits have been received for all participants.
